Gifts to the Foundation are tax-deductible as allowed by state and federal law. 100% of your donation is used locally to support patient care, programs and cutting-edge technology, ensuring the largest return on your generosity. Mercy Medical Center Merced Foundation is a not-for-profit organization, as provided under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
