Robyn Flores

Robyn Flores holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Psychology and has extensive experience in various areas of philanthropy and grants development both as a grantee and as a funder. She began her career as a grant writer when she was the Executive Director of a Women and Family Shelter in a rural community of Tulare County. She is professionally and personally involved in a broad range of activities that facilitate the improvement of the health and wellness of communities in the Central Valley including program development, organizational leadership and fundraising. She has been a grant reviewer for state, federal and foundation funders and provides workshops on grant writing and developing relationships with funders. As a Program Officer for The California Endowment Foundation she worked on many statewide initiatives to improve access to health and prevention services and develop sustainable community transformation. More recently, she focused her grant writing on graduate medical education programs and health research grants.
She is a grateful Nana to three little boys: Logan, Kaeden-Kai and Giovanni. She loves gardening and is also a yoga enthusiast and enjoys traveling with her husband.
