Our Tribute and Memorial Program provides you with the opportunity to give a gift of lasting value.  A gift to Mercy Foundation can be a fitting, personal way to honor the memory or successes of a loved one, or mark other milestones in life. 

A tribute gift may be made in celebration of a birthday, wedding, anniversaries, or other special one-time occasions.  A tribute gift can be made as a way of thanking a special nurse or physician for the care received (please see our Grateful Patient Program).

When you send us a charitable gift as a memorial or tribute, the Foundation will send an acknowledgement card to the person or family you designate - notifying them of your thoughtful contribution.  The amount of your gift is always confidential.
